Refund Policy

All Set is committed to providing exceptional value. We want you to feel confident in your subscription. This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund, how to request one, and how we handle billing disputes.

1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Platform for any reason within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund. No questions asked.

To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your subscription start date. Refunds under this guarantee are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

If your account has had a GoHighLevel snapshot loaded and configured during the first 14 days, a setup fee of $97 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the white-glove onboarding work performed.

2. Refund Eligibility After 14 Days

After the 14-day satisfaction guarantee period, All Set subscriptions are non-refundable. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the billing period and are not prorated upon cancellation. When you cancel, you retain access to the Platform through the end of your current billing period.

Exceptions to this policy are made in the following circumstances:

Service Outage. If All Set experiences a platform outage lasting more than 24 consecutive hours due to our fault, affected subscribers are eligible for a prorated credit equal to the number of days of outage. Credits are applied to the next billing cycle automatically.

Billing Error. If you are charged an incorrect amount due to a billing error on our part, we will refund the full amount of the error within 5 business days of verification.

Duplicate Charge. If you are charged more than once for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate charge within 5 business days.

Unauthorized Charge. If you believe a charge was made to your account without your authorization, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances: subscription fees after the 14-day satisfaction guarantee period (except as noted above); one-time setup fees; add-on services or features purchased separately; and fees associated with third-party services or integrations facilitated through the Platform (such as SMS usage fees, phone number provisioning, or A2P registration fees).

4. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again after cancellation, and you retain full access to the Platform through the end of the period you have already paid for.

To cancel, log in to your account, navigate to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. If you experience any difficulty canceling, contact us at [email protected] and we will process your cancellation within 1 business day.

All Set does not require you to call, speak with a retention specialist, or jump through any hoops to cancel. We believe in making it easy to leave — and even easier to come back.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address, the reason for your request, and the amount you believe you are owed. We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and provide a decision within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly and directly, and chargebacks create unnecessary delays and complications for both parties.

If you initiate a chargeback for a charge that is not eligible for a refund under this policy, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of service delivery to your card issuer. Accounts with active chargebacks may be suspended pending resolution.
